With expected snow events this year, it is important for those who might arrive early in the morning to anticipate black ice. Please take your time and be especially careful in the parking lot and on sidewalks and stairs. Sending pictures of areas of concern is especially helpful.
For suites with kitchens or bathrooms, if your space will be unoccupied for an extended period of time, turning off the sink and toilet valves and opening the cabinets will help prevent leaks and pipe freezing.
