Have COVID-19 cases peaked? That is the question I am sure many of you are asking, and so are we. According to Inside Nova, a report from the University of Virginia's Biocomplexity Institute seems to report that we might have peaked. Virginia’s cases have remained consistent and its rate is percent positive.
As a result, we continue to take the necessary steps, per CDC guidelines, by ensuring all common area elements are properly treated by the cleaning vendors consistently and frequently. Meanwhile, we highly recommend that all suite owners also take the necessary precautions to ensure worker safety. We’ve placed hand sanitizer at all locations in the lobby and encourage you to also have sanitizer in your suites.

In other matters, it appears that there is illegal dumping in the recycling bin areas. We are actively monitoring all sites and if you see anyone illegally disposing of items, please contact us immediately.
