Keeping You Caught Up With COVID

Have COVID-19 cases peaked? That is the question I am sure many of you are asking, and so are we. According to Inside Nova, a report from the University of Virginia's Biocomplexity Institute seems to report that we might have peaked. Virginia’s cases have remained consistent and its rate is percent positive.

As a result, we continue to take the necessary steps, per CDC guidelines, by ensuring all common area elements are properly treated by the cleaning vendors consistently and frequently. Meanwhile, we highly recommend that all suite owners also take the necessary precautions to ensure worker safety. We’ve placed hand sanitizer at all locations in the lobby and encourage you to also have sanitizer in your suites.

We do realize, due to your business operations, that many of you have remained onsite or are beginning to return. The following should be taken into consideration as you do:

The State of Virginia is currently in Phase 3: Safer-At-Home, but once this is lifted, here's what your business needs to know about safely resuming operations.

.

  1. Prepare your workplace for the transition.

  2. Create an employee wellness plan to monitor health.

  3. Implement safety measures for handling physical items.

  4. Communicate your plans clearly to employees and customers.

In addition, as a reminder, we strongly encourage all suite owners to enroll in paperless bill payment for condo dues via ClickPay; if you do, you could win Duck Donuts and Coffee!

These continue to be interesting times for everyone and we hope you and yours are remaining safe during the Pandemic.

In other matters, it appears that there is illegal dumping in the recycling bin areas. We are actively monitoring all sites and if you see anyone illegally disposing of items, please contact us immediately. Bulk items such as mattresses, electronic components, paint, lumber, furniture, etc are not allowed.
