However, if during the winter season, you plan to be out of the office for an extended period of time, please be sure to prepare your unit properly. This consists of keeping your thermostat setting on low, minimum heat of 50-55 degrees to keep the sprinkler pipes from freezing, providing a current door entrance key if it has been re-keyed during the last 6 months for emergency access if needed, ensuring your wall heaters are on low sensor settings.
In what’s become an unfortunate familiar storyline, the number of COVID-19 cases continues to climb in Fairfax & Loudoun County as the week of Nov. 8 saw the highest weekly average of cases since June 7. While we’ve seen little to no increase in COVID deaths in the area, we advise you to continue to do what is best to protect yourself and others.
