Winter is Coming!

Just kidding! According to Jay’s Wintry Mix, November will continue to be historically warm for our area. This warmer pattern currently shows snow to be a non-factor this winter, and with half the month gone the chances diminish by the day.

However, if during the winter season, you plan to be out of the office for an extended period of time, please be sure to prepare your unit properly. This consists of keeping your thermostat setting on low, minimum heat of 50-55 degrees to keep the sprinkler pipes from freezing, providing a current door entrance key if it has been re-keyed during the last 6 months for emergency access if needed, ensuring your wall heaters are on low sensor settings.

In what’s become an unfortunate familiar storyline, the number of COVID-19 cases continues to climb in Fairfax & Loudoun County as the week of Nov. 8 saw the highest weekly average of cases since June 7. Lastly, as a reminder, we strongly encourage all suite owners to enroll in paperless bill payment for condo dues via ClickPay. We’ve had many of you make the switch, but would love to have 100% participation. If you sign up, you could win Duck Donuts and Coffee!

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we want to wish you and your family a Happy Holiday!
